Services Division – Lady Lee Corporation

The Services Division of Corporación Lady Lee was created with the objective of complementing the operations of the corporation’s different business units through the provision of specialized services that drive their positioning, efficiency, and strategic development.

This division began with the creation of the advertising agency EVOLLUTION, which has a multidisciplinary team specialized in graphic design and branding, audio and video production, social media and traditional media strategy, digital strategy, media management, social media content creation and management, and the development of high-impact campaigns focused on results and emotional connection with consumers.

In 2019, as part of its international expansion strategy, Corporación Lady Lee acquired the preferential rights to the U.S. franchise Venture X, a recognized global brand specialized in shared office space solutions (coworking). Currently, the company has two operational locations in Madrid, Spain, offering more than 200 workstations distributed among personal and shared desks, private offices, conference rooms, and collaborative spaces and common areas designed to foster networking and productivity.

Finally, within this division is LL360, a brand specialized in the design, construction, and remodeling of commercial spaces.

LL360 works closely with tenants of the shopping centers within Corporación Lady Lee’s Real Estate Division, offering customized commercial architectural design, execution of civil works and high-quality finishes, and efficient renovations tailored to the operational needs of modern commerce.

The Services Division of Corporación Lady Lee continues to grow as a strategic support platform, providing solutions in communication, infrastructure, well-being, and workspaces that strengthen not only the corporation but also its business partners and strategic allies.
