Hospitality Division – Lady Lee Corporation
In line with its vision of growth, diversification, and constant innovation, Corporación Lady Lee has created a new strategic unit: the Hospitality Division, focused on the development of world-class projects in the hotel and tourism sector. This division was established with the objective of offering high-level lodging experiences, integrating quality, service, modern infrastructure, and strategic location, contributing to the economic and tourism development of the region.
The first project of the Hospitality Division materialized with the opening of the Hilton Garden Inn City Mall Hotel, located in the city of Alajuela, Costa Rica, one of the country’s main development hubs. This modern hotel features 149 fully equipped rooms, designed to provide comfort for both business travelers and tourists.
Currently, the construction of a second hotel has begun under the renowned international brand AC Marriott, which will be located in Ventu Plaza in the city of Liberia, Costa Rica. It will feature 140 rooms designed with a contemporary, elegant, and functional approach, along with a state-of-the-art convention center aimed at hosting conferences, business meetings, and large-scale cultural events.
As part of its international expansion plan, Corporación Lady Lee is currently in the design and planning stage of a new AC Marriott hotel, which will be located within the City Center Santo Domingo project in the capital of the Dominican Republic. This future development reflects the corporation’s regional vision and its commitment to excellence in hospitality, expanding its footprint in one of the most dynamic tourism markets in the Caribbean. The project will be oriented toward both the corporate and tourism segments, integrating with a top-tier commercial, gastronomic, and service offering.
Corporación Lady Lee, through its Hospitality Division, reaffirms its commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainable development, investing in high-impact projects that raise service standards in the hotel industry across Central America and the Caribbean.
