Food & Beverage Division – Lady Lee Corporation

The Food & Beverage Division of Lady Lee Corporation was established in 1991 with the acquisition of the renowned American franchise Wendy’s, a global brand with presence in more than 6,500 restaurants worldwide. That same year, the first restaurant was opened in the city of San Pedro Sula, marking the beginning of a successful expansion across the country. Since then, Wendy’s has positioned itself as one of the leading fast-food chains in Honduras, establishing operations in the country’s main cities.

Today, the Food & Beverage Division has a presence in the 15 most important cities in Honduras, consolidating its position as a benchmark for quality, innovation, and service excellence. Wendy’s stands out for its offering of fresh, high-quality products, outstanding customer service, and a menu that meets the preferences of all socioeconomic segments. The brand generates more than 500 direct jobs, contributing to the country’s economic development and promoting growth opportunities for its employees.

Continuing its expansion process, in 2023 Corporación Lady Lee incorporated a new brand into its gastronomic portfolio with the acquisition of the international franchise Papa Johns, recognized for its commitment to quality ingredients and authentic flavor. The official launch of the brand in Honduras took place in October 2022, receiving strong acceptance from consumers. To date, Papa John’s operates 16 restaurants in 9 of the country’s most important cities, reinforcing the corporation’s vision of offering world-class dining options.

Through the brands Wendy’s and Papa Johns, the Food & Beverage Division of Corporación Lady Lee continues to lead the transformation of the food sector in Honduras, focusing on quality, service, and innovation as fundamental pillars for sustainable growth.
