Institutional Overview – Real Estate Division of Lady Lee Corporation
Corporación Lady Lee began its entry into the real estate sector in 1985 with the development of commercial building projects nationwide, marking a milestone in the diversification of its operations. In 1992, the company took a significant step by undertaking the construction of its first shopping mall in the city of San Pedro Sula, which was inaugurated in 1994 under the innovative Mall Megaplazaconcept, laying the foundation for what would become a strong track record in the development of high-impact commercial spaces.
Today, the Real Estate Division of Corporación Lady Lee manages a robust network of 15 shopping malls, operating under three well-established brands: City Mall, Megaplaza and Novaplaza. These are strategically located across various cities, offering modern, accessible, and high-traffic commercial solutions. This expansion is complemented by two new commercial developments currently under construction: City Center by Lady Lee and Ventu Plaza. These new brands represent the evolution of our vision toward integrated, sustainable, and innovative shopping centers, adapted to new consumer trends and contemporary lifestyles.
With this strong market presence, Corporación Lady Lee positions itself as one of the main drivers of economic development in the region. Our commitment to both local and foreign investment has significantly contributed to the creation of thousands of direct and indirect jobs, as well as to the dynamization of the commercial sector in each of the communities where we operate.
Through strategic planning, high standards of design and construction quality, and a focus on sustainable development, Corporación Lady Lee reaffirms its leadership in the real estate sector and its commitment to the economic and social progress of the country.
